• Counseling, including peer to peer, on the prevention of drug abuse, alcoholism, the spread of HIV/AIDS infections, and other health education programs benefiting the at-risk youth population
• Programs that educate the parents and caregivers of disabled, birth-defected infants and children in the proper care and nurturing of their children
