Ksenia Kyseleva

A graduate of Kiev State University, Ms. Kyseleva moved to Moscow in 1995 where she began her work in the non profit
sector with active participation in supporting and developing the growth of NGO's in Russia. Ms. Kyseleva worked at the
Soros Foundation for three years as Senior Program Manager, working with NGO's in Russia, Eastern Europe and other
countries of the former CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States). She spent five years as a Director of Development at
the Charities Aid Foundation, Moscow office, where she was instrumental in setting up the first community foundations
in Russia, as well as developing social responsibility policies and charitable programs for domestic and
international companies. From 2003-2005, Ms. Kyseleva consulted and conducted research for various Russian and
international organizations, such as the World Bank, TNK-BP, the Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation, Eurasian
Heritage Foundation and others.
Ksenia Kyseleva brings valuable experience and broad knowledge of Russian philanthropy to her position of Director
