Elizabeth Borrissow is a former Voice of America radio producer
who is well-informed on the needs of
Russian children. An advisor to PROP, she now helps to guide PF.
Nicholas Charov is a development professional assisting PF with advice on
web design, research, grantwriting
and other development needs.
Eliza K. Klose was for many years the executive director of ISAR
(Initiative for Social Action and Renewal
in Eurasia) and advises PF on a wide range of nonprofit and foundation strategies.
C. Grant Pendill, Jr. is a co-founder of the Pendill Fund.
Therese Raphael was Editorial Page Editor of The Wall Street Journal
Europe between 1994 and 2004, where she regularly traveled to Russia and wrote on Russian affairs. A long time supporter
of PROP, she is currently a freelance writer and editor.
Cynthia Scharf is a writer and specialist in humanitarian relief with
nearly twenty years of
international experience consulting for the Global Fund and several international humanitarian NGO's. Cynthia has
dedicated significant time to PROP and now helps PF develop its programs, promotional content and fundraising.
Marina Shelehoff has served as one of PROP's most valued advisors on
many aspects of fundraising and donor
relations and now helps to guide PF in its future programs.
