The Pendill Fund seeks to enhance the lives of disadvantaged children and youth in Russia through grassroots programs to develop their spirit, mind and body. It fulfills this mission by raising funds from diverse sources, and through evaluation and monitoring, supporting the best programs to affect the lives of at risk children and youth in Russia.
